Raft of senior in-house lawyers join the Halebury team this Autumn
Halebury has recruited three senior lawyers to its team of in-house experts.
Claire Coleman has joined from Bond Dickinson, where she led the London Technology Team. Prior to this, Clare worked in senior in-house legal roles at Roya Mail and PwC. Claire is a recognised expert and lead negotiator on high value strategic technology transactions, data protection and intellectual property.
Andrew Steele joins the team from his role as Group General Counsel at global engineering company SPX Corporation. Andrew is a senior lawyer with a record of providing leadership and delivering improvements in-house and has experience in Construction and Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and Nuclear.
Paul Barrett was formally Head of Legal Affairs at Home Retail Group plc. Paul has experience in corporate / M&A, regulatory compliance, data protection, commercial contracts, litigation, intellectual property and consumer law in the retail and technology sectors. He has extensive senior management and board level advisory skills, proven leadership and project management abilities in functional/cross-functional teams and significant governance experience in a listed company environment.
