Halebury’s Rachael Davidson profiled for new Legal 500 General Counsel magazine
Halebury lawyer Rachael Davidson has been interviewed for the new Legal 500 GC magazine. The new publication is focused on those working in-house and specifically the issues which occur when operating inside a business.
Rachael has been interviewed for an article entitled ‘The Third Way’ which discusses whether alternative law firms such as Halebury are now giving lawyers a credible career path to the traditional private practice or in-house choices. In the article Rachael talks about the benefit of being able to work for a range of clients from ‘big four’ accountancy firms on business critical projects to acting as in-house counsel to an SME client. Rachael talks about how Halebury’s model of being a supplier of ‘external in-house lawyers’ enables her to manage her own workload, ensure flexibility while utilising her commercial set of skills.
