What do you focus on

I focus on the recruitment of new lawyers into the Halebury team. I work with our in-house lawyers throughout the recruitment process to ensure smooth onboarding for all, into each engagement.

Tell us about your professional background

Before joining Halebury, I worked for five years as a Senior Resourcing Manager at a leading legal search consultancy in London. I have specialised in working with senior consultant lawyers across a broad range of sectors, from media to financial services.

I read Law at the University of Manchester before moving in to recruitment in 2013.

Tell us a bit about your working style and other interests

My working style centres on building long term relationships; I love working closely with consultants to understand exactly what it is that motivates them to ensure I can continue to provide interesting engagements over the long term.

I live in South London and outside of Halebury I enjoy running, cooking and travel.

This week is a significant milestone in Halebury’s evolution as we announced that we have been acquired by Elevate, the US-based market leading law company that provides sophisticated technology, people, data science and consulting tools to the legal sector, acting as a strategic partner to law firms and in-house teams. Our team at Halebury have […]
