What do you focus on for your clients

I am a commercial, technology and telecoms lawyer with experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of technology and telecoms related commercial and corporate agreements. I have significant expertise advising on technology related transactions and relationships, including procurement, outsourcing, distribution, agency, franchising, consultancy, manufacturing, services, licensing, development, sale and purchase, digital content distribution, IT and Telecoms infrastructure and construction, terms of trade, e-commerce and data privacy.

Tell us about your professional background

I joined Halebury from Ericsson Limited where I was Group Legal Counsel for four and a half years. Previously, I worked at Baker & McKenzie in London as Senior Associate. Throughout my career I have acted for some of the world’s best known companies, including BP, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey & Company, JP Morgan, Ericsson, Avis, Kraft, Starbucks, BSkyB, BT Plc, Virgin Media and Expedia.

Tell us a bit about your working style and other interests 

I have been recommended in the Legal 500 TMT-IT/Telecoms directory for both 2016 and 2017 as someone who “handles difficult negotiations admirably” and is “an expert in drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology-related contracts”. Outside work I enjoy rugby, running, fitness, traveling, motorcycling and spending time with my family.
